Company and policy scope
G-LINKS LLC operates the company website at marketplacedrive.com. This policy covers the website and summarizes current information about the standalone G-LINKS Bill of Sale app. G-LINKS DRIVE is a separate product in development and will have product-specific privacy disclosures before public launch.
Website information and hosting
The current website is a static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript site. It does not include website forms, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, external scripts, or external fonts.
The website is hosted using Porkbun Secure Static Hosting. Porkbun may process technical connection information needed to provide hosting, security, and delivery of the website. G-LINKS LLC does not currently state a specific hosting-log retention period because that detail has not been verified.
Bill of Sale information entered by users
The standalone G-LINKS Bill of Sale app is designed for vehicle transaction documentation. The app may ask users to enter buyer and seller information, vehicle information, sale details, and buyer and seller signatures. No user account is currently required for the standalone Bill of Sale app.
Bill of Sale details and signatures are handled on the device, and completed PDFs are generated and saved in the app's private device storage. G-LINKS servers are not used to permanently store Bill of Sale documents, PDFs, signatures, VINs, or buyer and seller personal information. The purchase-verification service receives purchase metadata, not document contents.
VIN lookup and NHTSA vPIC
If a user chooses to decode a VIN, the app sends the VIN over HTTPS to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration vPIC service to request available vehicle information. Manual entry remains available if VIN lookup is not used, fails, or returns incomplete information.
Local data handling and deletion
Bill of Sale document information is handled locally while the user completes the workflow. The app does not promise permanent draft storage. Completed PDFs and purchase-recovery information are saved locally so the app can reopen a saved document or retry purchase completion. Users can edit entered fields in the workflow and remove the app's local information by clearing its data in device settings or uninstalling it. Copies saved or shared outside the app must be managed separately.
Payments and PDF functionality
G-LINKS Bill of Sale is available on Google Play. $2.99 per completed Bill of Sale. No subscription.
Payments use Google Play Billing. The app sends the purchase token, product and app identifiers, and purchase-session information to the G-LINKS purchase-verification service hosted on Supabase. The service checks the purchase with Google Play. After successful payment verification, the app generates and saves the completed PDF on the device and confirms purchase completion with the service. Pending or unverified payments do not unlock the completed PDF.
PDF download and sharing
After successful payment verification and document completion, customers can download their completed PDF. Customers choose how to share it using the available device sharing options, including email through a compatible installed app.
The app does not automatically email documents to the buyer or seller. Sharing is initiated by the customer, who selects the sharing app and any recipients; no specific email recipients are required for sharing. The selected app or service handles the shared document under its own privacy practices.
Purchase records and document security
The purchase-verification service stores hashed purchase tokens, hashed purchase-session and fulfillment identifiers, Google order IDs, app and product identifiers, purchase status, and transaction timestamps. These records support payment verification, purchase recovery, and prevention of purchase reuse. The service also maintains rate-limit records to protect purchase verification. Purchase receipts from Google Play are separate from the vehicle Bill of Sale PDF.
Document contents, PDFs, signatures, VINs, and buyer and seller personal information are not uploaded to the purchase-verification service. PDF generation occurs on the device. Optional VIN lookup sends the VIN to NHTSA vPIC as described above, and customer-initiated sharing sends the PDF through the selected device app or service.
Third-party services
The website uses Porkbun Secure Static Hosting. The standalone Bill of Sale app uses NHTSA vPIC for optional VIN decoding, Google Play Billing for in-app payments, and Supabase for the G-LINKS purchase-verification service and purchase records. The app does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or user-authentication SDKs. Customer-selected sharing apps, including email apps, receive a PDF only when the customer chooses to share it.
Children's privacy
The website and automotive products are not directed to children. G-LINKS LLC does not knowingly design these services to collect personal information from children.
Security
G-LINKS LLC aims to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the current website and app implementation. No website, app, network, or device storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention and deletion
Bill of Sale working data, saved PDFs, and purchase-recovery information are handled locally as described above. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes its local information; it does not remove copies saved or shared elsewhere or server-side purchase-verification records. G-LINKS servers are not used to permanently store document contents, PDFs, signatures, VINs, or buyer and seller personal information.
Server-side purchase-verification records are separate from Bill of Sale documents. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule for these purchase records is stated here because it has not been verified. Contact G-LINKS LLC with questions about purchase records or deletion. Website hosting logs, if any, are controlled by the hosting environment, and the specific retention period has not been verified.
G-LINKS DRIVE
G-LINKS DRIVE is a separate automotive marketplace and car-culture product in development. It should not be assumed to have the same data practices as the standalone Bill of Sale app. Product-specific privacy disclosures will be provided before public launch.
